OSDM has developed a standard licence for use when distributing copies of those spatial datasets listed on the Schedule. The OSDM Licence is a standard agreement that was developed for Australian Government agencies to faciliatate transfer of Australian Government spatial datasets listed on the Schedule. The licence designates OSDM as the party contracting on behalf of the Commonwealth.
